I provide freelance legal research and writing services to lawyers working in the field of criminal law. In addition, I currently work as the assistant director at the Innocence Project at Osgoode Hall Law School. The Innocence Project is a clinical program in which enrolled students review claims of wrongful conviction with a view to identifying reasonable avenues of reinvestigation that are likely to produce the fresh and significant evidence needed to support an application for ministerial review under s. 696.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada. I assist the director in administering the program and supervising the students in this work.
